Refund Policy

1. Overview

This Refund Policy governs all purchases and subscription payments made through the Volqan framework platform (https://volqan.link) and the Bazarix Marketplace (https://bazarix.link), operated by ReadyPixels (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). This policy is incorporated into and must be read in conjunction with our Terms of Service.

By completing any purchase on the Platform, you (“User,” “Subscriber,” or “you”) acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to this Refund Policy. Where applicable law grants you additional statutory refund rights, this policy does not limit those rights.

All amounts in this policy are denominated in United States Dollars (USD).


2. Support Plan Refunds

2.1 Yearly Support Plans — Prorated Refund Window

Yearly Support Plan subscribers are eligible for a prorated refund within fourteen (14) calendar days of the payment date, subject to the conditions set forth in this Section 2.

Prorated Refund Calculation:

Refund Amount = (Yearly Plan Price × (Days Remaining / 365)) — Non-Refundable Fees

“Days Remaining” means the number of full calendar days remaining in the subscription term at the time the refund request is received by ReadyPixels, calculated from the date of receipt of the refund request to the scheduled renewal date.

Example: A subscriber purchases a Yearly Support Plan at $120.00 on April 5, 2026. They submit a valid refund request on April 15, 2026 (10 days after purchase, 355 days remaining in the term). The prorated refund would be calculated as ($120.00 × 355/365) = approximately $116.71, minus any non-refundable Platform Service Fees paid.

2.2 Yearly Plan — Refund Eligibility Conditions

To be eligible for a prorated refund on a Yearly Support Plan, you must:

(a) Submit a refund request within fourteen (14) calendar days of the original payment date;

(b) Contact ReadyPixels at sharif@readypixels.com with the subject line “Refund Request — Yearly Plan” and provide your account email, Installation ID, and the reason for the refund request;

(c) Not have initiated a payment dispute or chargeback with your financial institution or payment processor with respect to the payment in question — doing so will render you ineligible for a refund under this policy.

2.3 Yearly Plan — Outside Refund Window

Refund requests for Yearly Support Plans received more than fourteen (14) calendar days after the original payment date will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis at ReadyPixels’ sole discretion. No refund is guaranteed outside the fourteen-day window. ReadyPixels may, at its sole discretion, offer a prorated account credit applicable to future purchases rather than a monetary refund.

2.4 Monthly Support Plans — Non-Refundable

Monthly Support Plan payments are non-refundable in all circumstances once the billing date has passed. By subscribing to a Monthly Support Plan, you acknowledge that:

(a) The monthly fee is charged on your billing date and covers the full monthly billing period;

(b) No prorated or partial refunds are available for unused days within a monthly billing period;

(c) Canceling your Monthly Support Plan will prevent future charges but will not result in a refund of the current period’s payment;

(d) Your access to Support Plan benefits, including the right to suppress the Attribution Notice, continues until the end of the paid billing period, after which it terminates.

This non-refundable policy for monthly plans reflects the 25% monthly pricing uplift already built into the Monthly plan, which partially compensates for the administrative and financial overhead of monthly billing cycles.

2.5 Automatic Renewal Refunds

If you were charged for an automatic subscription renewal and did not receive advance notice of the renewal as required by applicable law, please contact us at sharif@readypixels.com within seven (7) days of the charge. ReadyPixels will review such requests and, where required by applicable law, process a refund for the unauthorized renewal charge.


3. Marketplace Purchase Refunds

3.1 General Non-Refundable Policy

Extensions, themes, templates, and other digital products purchased through the Bazarix Marketplace are non-refundable after the download or license key delivery has occurred, unless the listing is materially misrepresented as described in Section 3.2.

Digital products are delivered immediately upon payment confirmation. Because the buyer receives access to the product at the moment of purchase, refunds are not routinely available.

3.2 Material Misrepresentation Exception

You may be eligible for a refund of a Marketplace purchase if you can demonstrate that the purchased product is materially misrepresented — meaning the product fundamentally fails to perform the core functionality described in the listing and the seller is unable to remedy the defect within a reasonable time.

To request a misrepresentation refund:

(a) Contact ReadyPixels at sharif@readypixels.com within seven (7) calendar days of purchase;

(b) Provide a detailed description of the defect, evidence that the product fails to perform as described, and documentation of any communications with the seller;

(c) Allow ReadyPixels up to ten (10) business days to investigate and make a determination.

ReadyPixels’ determination in misrepresentation cases is final.

3.3 Marketplace Refund Mechanics

If a Marketplace refund is approved:

(a) The buyer’s license key is immediately revoked and access to downloads is terminated;

(b) The seller’s corresponding earnings for the transaction are clawed back or deducted from future payouts;

(c) ReadyPixels retains its 30% Platform Commission on the transaction and the Platform Service Fee (both non-refundable per Section 4).


4. Platform Service Fees — Non-Refundable

Platform Service Fees are non-refundable in all cases, without exception, regardless of the reason for any refund of the underlying transaction.

This non-refundability applies to:

Platform Service Fees cover costs incurred at the time of transaction processing, including payment gateway charges, international disbursement infrastructure, and platform operational overhead. These costs are incurred regardless of whether the underlying transaction is subsequently refunded.

This policy applies equally to:

(a) Support Plan subscription payments that are refunded under Section 2; (b) Marketplace purchases that are refunded under Section 3; (c) Any other transaction on the Platform.


5. Effect of Refunds on Attribution Removal Entitlement

5.1 Immediate Revocation Upon Refund

Any approved refund of a Support Plan payment — whether partial, prorated, or full — immediately and automatically revokes the subscriber’s entitlement to suppress the Attribution Notice.

Upon the processing of a refund:

(a) The License API will reflect the revocation of the attribution removal entitlement immediately upon completion of the refund;

(b) The subscriber’s Volqan installation will restore the Attribution Notice on its next license check (within 24 hours, or at next server restart);

(c) Continued suppression of the Attribution Notice after revocation constitutes an unauthorized removal and a material breach of the Open Core Attribution License v1.0 and the Terms of Service, with all consequences described therein.

5.2 No Grace Period

There is no grace period for restoration of the Attribution Notice following a refund. The obligation to display the Attribution Notice applies from the moment the refund is processed.

5.3 Partial Refunds and Attribution

Where a prorated partial refund is issued for a Yearly Support Plan (Section 2.1), the subscriber loses the entitlement to suppress the Attribution Notice for the entire remainder of the original subscription term, not just the refunded portion. A subscriber who receives a partial refund and wishes to continue suppressing the Attribution Notice must purchase a new active Support Plan.


6. GitHub Sponsors and Voluntary Contributions

Voluntary contributions made through GitHub Sponsors are governed solely by GitHub’s Sponsors terms and are not subject to this Refund Policy. ReadyPixels does not issue refunds on GitHub Sponsors contributions.


7. Refund Processing

7.1 Processing Timeline

Approved refunds are processed through the original payment method:

ReadyPixels does not have control over the timing of refund crediting by financial institutions or payment processors.

7.2 Currency

All refunds are issued in the same currency as the original payment (USD). ReadyPixels is not responsible for exchange rate differences or foreign transaction fees applied by your financial institution.

7.3 Refund to Original Payment Method

Refunds are issued exclusively to the original payment method used for the transaction. ReadyPixels does not issue refund checks, bank transfers, or refunds to a different payment method.


8. Chargebacks and Disputes

Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your financial institution without first contacting ReadyPixels and allowing a reasonable period for resolution is a violation of the Terms of Service. If a chargeback is initiated:

(a) Your account will be suspended pending resolution of the dispute;

(b) Any active Support Plan entitlements, including attribution removal, will be suspended;

(c) ReadyPixels reserves the right to provide evidence of purchase, delivery, and these Terms to the payment processor in contesting the chargeback.


9. Exceptions and Statutory Rights

Nothing in this Refund Policy limits or excludes any rights you have under applicable consumer protection law that cannot be waived by contract. If you believe you have statutory refund rights that this policy does not address, please contact us at sharif@readypixels.com.

Residents of certain jurisdictions (including the European Union and United Kingdom) may have statutory cancellation rights for digital services under applicable consumer law. Where such rights apply and cannot be waived, they take precedence over this policy.


10. How to Request a Refund

To submit a refund request:

  1. Email sharif@readypixels.com with the subject line: Refund Request — [Plan/Product Name]
  2. Include in your email:
    • Your account email address
    • Your Installation ID (found in your Volqan admin panel under Settings > License)
    • The date of purchase
    • The amount paid
    • The reason for your refund request
  3. ReadyPixels will acknowledge receipt of your request within 2 business days and will provide a final determination within 10 business days.

11. Changes to This Policy

ReadyPixels reserves the right to update this Refund Policy at any time. Refund requests are governed by the policy in effect at the time of the original payment. We will notify active subscribers of material changes to this policy at least fourteen (14) days in advance.
